Your satisfaction is our goal. We are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and are only available for unused products. If the product is used we cannot accept a return or exchange.
